Program Outline & Course Description
Location
NYU College of Dentistry, Rosenthal Theater
345 East 24th Street, New York, NY 10010
The Rosenthal Institute for Advanced Education was founded to elevate both the clinical and management skills of dentists worldwide. Recognizing a significant gap in hands-on training in advanced aesthetic dentistry, we developed a comprehensive series of courses that empower restorative dentists to excel in creating both beautiful and functional restorations, while also maximizing their practice potential.

Our curriculum is structured to guide dental professionals from foundational techniques to advanced aesthetic procedures, with a focus on clinical development, aesthetic periodontics, laboratory communication, and effective team management. By fostering a collaborative approach, our courses integrate the dentist, staff, ceramist, and specialists into a unified team, ensuring the best possible outcomes for patients. This holistic method enhances both the clinical skillset and operational efficiency of dental practices.

At the Rosenthal Institute, we believe in the power of a team-driven approach to patient care and treatment excellence. The interactions between doctors and staff during our courses consistently result in valuable, rewarding educational experiences. Our mission is to help dentists not only refine their clinical expertise but also become more effective managers, ensuring the long-term success and growth of their practices.

We believe that our programs provide the essential one-on-one education needed for doctors to reach their full potential. Participants consistently find the courses enjoyable, enriching, and professionally transformative. Through immersive instruction and mentorship, they gain advanced knowledge in comprehensive and restorative care, develop confidence in treatment planning and case presentation, and acquire the clinical expertise required to perform esthetic dentistry at the highest level.

One of the program’s most distinctive features is the hands-on experience. Participants may choose to treat their own patients—prepping during the first weekend and completing the case the following month—or observe 15 full cases treated start to finish by seasoned clinicians. This flexibility allows dentists to learn in the way that best suits their needs and learning style.

Our program also offers access to renowned speakers, cutting-edge techniques, and mentorship from our expert clinical faculty. Graduates of the Aesthetic Advantage continuum have consistently reported significant growth in their practices—even amid economic uncertainty—demonstrating the program's lasting impact.

The curriculum is structured into four progressive levels—I, II, III, and IV—which can be taken consecutively for a complete, in-depth aesthetic education.
